HP Launches Victus 15 Gaming Laptop with AMD Ryzen 9 and RTX 4060 GPU in India

HP has unveiled its latest gaming laptop, the Victus 15, in India. With an OMEN-inspired design featuring sleek, rounded edges for a more modern look, the Victus 15 brings powerful performance and a premium visual experience.

The laptop boasts a 15.6-inch Full HD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 300 nits of brightness, an anti-glare panel, and flicker-free technology, all framed by a micro-edge bezel. Built with sustainability in mind, it incorporates ocean-bound and recycled plastics, and is EPEAT registered and ENERGY STAR certified.

Under the hood, the Victus 15 is powered by the AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS NPU processor, delivering up to 5.2 GHz max boost clock, 16 MB L3 cache, 8 cores, and 16 threads. Paired with the 8GB NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPU, it promises excellent graphical performance for gaming and multimedia.

The laptop comes equipped with 16 GB DDR5-5600 RAM, which is expandable, and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD for ample storage space. For immersive sound, it features DTS:X Ultra technology, dual speakers, and HP Audio Boost.

Connectivity options are extensive, with a 1000 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, HDMI-Out 2.1, several USB ports (including a USB-C with DisplayPort support), a headphone jack, and a 720p HD camera with noise reduction and dual microphones.

The Victus 15 is powered by a 4-cell, 70Wh battery that offers up to 8.5 hours of usage, along with fast charging capabilities that provide 50% charge in just 30 minutes with a 120W AC adapter. The laptop's cooling system is optimized by HP’s OMEN Tempest Cooling technology, featuring dual fans, an IR thermopile sensor, and enhanced airflow.

Weighing 2.29 kg, the Victus 15 comes with a full-size, backlit keyboard with a numeric keypad. It is pre-installed with Microsoft Office 2024, includes a one-year Microsoft 365 subscription, and offers a three-month Xbox Game Pass for gamers.
